Annunciator Panels (Keypads)

An annunciator panel is how a user interfaces with a fire alarm system. It can be built into a fire alarm control panel and, in many situations, could also be separately located near the main entrance or other areas of a building.

The annunciator panel provides information about the devices connected to the fire system. A user can view troubles and alarms either through an alphanumeric LCD screen or by a group of LED lights located on the annunciator panel. When an alarm or trouble occurs, a user can then use the annunciator panel to silence the system and reset it if necessary.
